Tucked away from the main path, The Ranch Hand is our newest hand-built cabin and one of our favorite projects to date. Built and designed by the hosts, it was designed as a simple, quiet refuge where the woods are the only neighbors.
Whether you're sipping coffee in bed while watching the trees sway, reading through a rainy afternoon, or settling in after a day of exploring Western Montana, The Ranch Hand invites you to slow down and settle into the rhythm of the forest.

The Views: Forest and mountain views from nearly every angle, including right from bed.
The Essentials: AC power for your devices, a private coffee and tea station, and a curated library for slow mornings and quiet evenings.
Climate: Rustic and connected to the seasons. We provide warm bedding, and the mountain air does the rest.
