Sample 3-Day Itinerary
Day 1: The Great Gathering
3:00 PM: Check-in & Cabin Discovery. Settle into your private, hand-built cabin.
5:00 PM: Sunset Competition. A friendly Giant Jenga / KanJam / Ladderball competition.
7:00 PM: Welcome BBQ at the Commons. Fire up the grill for a family-style feast.
9:00 PM: The Fire Pit Session. S'mores, spirits, and storytelling under the stars at the firepit.
Day 2: The Adventure Day
9:00 AM: Slow Morning in the Commons. Pancakes in the kitchen and zero rush.
1:30 PM: The Wilderness Exploration Hike “The Sightseeing Loop” for an exciting 2-hour adventure in the woods.
4:00 PM: Afternoon Chill. Nap on the porch, read by the fire, watch the birds/wildlife, or do absolutely nothing.
7:30 PM: The Celebration Dinner. Use the full kitchen to prepare and share a memorable dinner with the whole group.
Day 3: The Slow Goodbye
8:30 AM: Group Hike to the Point. A final walk with the dogs or morning yoga/stretching among the pines.
10:30 AM: Bloody Marys & Coffee. One last gathering at the Commons Area, or take your coffee outdoors for the final mountain views.

The Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day
To ensure the best Montana wilderness experience, our full-compound buyouts are available exclusively during our peak hosting season.
Availability: Late May (Memorial Day) – Early September (Labor Day)
Requirement: 2-Night Minimum Stay
The Investment: $1,100 per night

What Your Buyout Includes:
Total Compound Exclusivity: Ownership of all 5 rustic cabins and the surrounding acreage. No other guests, no distractions.
The Commons Area: Full Kitchen, AC Power, WIFI, Dining/Seating Areas, as well as a nearby BBQ station, Picnic spots, shared Fire pit, and shared 2-seater Hot tub.
The Open Pack Policy: Your dogs are welcomed as full members of your group. We never charge extra for the company of your animals (when booking the full resort).
