Float the Blackfoot River + Tube Rental
Floating the famed Blackfoot River (of the “River Runs Through It” fame) is the quintessential summertime thing to do here in Montana. If you haven’t floated the rivers here, you can’t really say that you’ve done it like Montanans do it.
We can drop you off and rent you+help inflate river floating tubes. You’ll still need to bring your car in order to drop it off at the pull out point. Then together we’ll drive to the put in point and help you set up for a perfect day of floating. You need 2 cars for floating to take place and we’ll show you our favorite put in and pull out spots depending on the desired length of your float.
Floating the Blackfoot is usually done during the 90+ temp days, because that water is icy cold. Also, the Glacial run off makes the floating window short - around mid July to beginning of August.
